The client “moved” from the area when COVID started and after two years of the house sitting vacant, decided to sell. My team was hired to pack up all personal belongings from this 6000 sf. house and coordinate the logistics of shipping items to San Diego, selling and consigning high end furnishings, storing what might be needed in another home, and amassing quite a pile of trash. All of this without any real input from the client, a busy Microsoft exec. or his wife and family now in California full-time.
